Nursing to sleep

Many moms feel guilty for nursing their baby to sleep. Nursing your baby to sleep is not a bad thing to do! With all the sleep training methods available, promising that your baby will sleep through the night within days in his or her crib, nursing a baby to sleep may seem like a failure, extremely lazy and all wrong.


As long as you keep your nursing -to- sleep babe’s teeth clean before nursing , your child is no more likely to get cavities than any other kid. Hi Paula, I have a month old baby and am now just nursing to sleep – naps and nighttime.

It’s important for mothers to avoid feeling overly exhausted during the day. I weaned her at months and my last nursing session was the one to put her to sleep.
