Spanish rice recipe

I love this family heritage so much, and am especially grateful that my family has taught me to make delicious Mexican food. Best of all, it can be prepared in about the same time as those so-called convenience foods using items found in your pantry. Uncover, then stir – the rice should be almost tender. All of the ingredients worked well together, and made this dish incredibly tasty.

Spanish Rice from Delish. I liked the addition of chicken broth, since it gave the rice (yet) another layer of flavor. There are thousands of different versions out there. This recipe is a definite keeper! I love the addition to ground beef in this rice dish, because it really makes it that much more heartier and satisfying.

Now I can’t say if this recipe is anything close to authentic (probably not), but I do know that it’s pretty DARN good. To be honest, My family and friends liked it way BETTER than the original no flavored rice usually served when you dine out. Tip in the garlic, rice and paprika, stirring briefly.

As my wife was getting upset, I found this recipe and got to. As a full-time working woman, these type of meals are a life-saver. But luckily, quick and easy does not have to mean bland and boring.

It had to be easy, perfectly cooked and spiced and of course, yummy. Absolutely the best spanish rice ! Everyone I cook this for loves it.


It has more of a strong Mexican food kick my taste buds crave for compared to the prepared spanish package rice. The best thing about this recipe , you can alter or add other ingredients as suggested below to suit your own taste buds. I added this awesome recipe to my recipe.
